Overview
  • Review of Tactical Communication, Searching and Scanning, and Threat Identification
  • Dealing with Multiple Threats
  • Turning and Shooting
  • Shooting While Moving
  • Non-Standard Shooting Positions
  • Utilization of Cover and Concealment
  • Seated Position Shooting
  • Shoot/No Shoot Drils

Estimated round count: 400 rounds.

For Epping, NH courses, non-toxic, non-jacketed FRANGIBLE ammunition may be required if the indoor facility is used. .380 ACP, .38 Spl, 9mm, .357 SIG, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP full metal jacket (lead) and frangible ammunition is available at the Epping facility only.



Equipment List:

  • Quality Functional Semi-Automatic Pistol
  • 3 magazines minimum, or
  • Modern double action revolver (6 Shooter)
  • 4 loading devices (speed loaders, moon clips or speed strips)
  • Belt mounted, dominant side concealment holster
  • Magazine/ Loading Device Pouch(s)
  • Sturdy Belt at least 1.5” wide
  • Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning.
  • Clothing suitable for training in any weather. Pants must have belt loops.
  • Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses
  • Earmuffs and earplugs



Tuition includes the following:

  • Free loan of any needed equipment (SIG SAUER pistols, holsters, safety equipment, etc.)
  • 20% discount on genuine SIG SAUER parts and accessories from the Academy Pro Shop purchased during the course.
  • 20% discount on future course tuition if you register during the course (Guest Instructor courses excluded)
