While it is our sincere desire to accommodate the individual needs of our customers, the following policy should be considered prior to changing your course registration:
Academy Cancellation
If it is necessary for the Academy to cancel a course, for whatever reason, we will either refund your tuition in full or move you to the next available course. The option is yours.
Student Cancellation
If you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to the start date, we will either refund your tuition less a $50 booking fee, or, move you to a course which better suits your schedule.
If you need to cancel your registration between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to the course start date, we will either refund your tuition less a 50% penalty, or, move you to a later course.
Should you need to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, there is no refund. You can, however, re-schedule to a future class for a $100 re-booking fee.
