Steve "Mato" Matulewicz

Steve "Mato" Matulewicz

Vice President

“Mato,” joined SIG SAUER in 2013 and had served as Executive Director, Global Defense Sales since his arrival.  Prior to joining SIG he held a variety of roles in industry including Executive Director-Special Operations Division at ATK/BLACKHAWK and Chief Operating Officer- Zero Point Inc. Prior to joining the corporate world he served as a NAVY SEAL, with the Naval Special Warfare Center, and as the Ninth Command Master Chief of SEAL Team TWO in Afghanistan and Iraq. “Mato” enlisted in the United States Navy in 1983 and from that point on he pursued every opportunity to take on greater leadership roles. In 1985, he reported to BUD/S as a member of class 134 and upon graduation, entered and completed the U.S. Army Airborne course. Mato reported to SEAL Team FOUR in Little Creek, Virginia where he was deployed to Central and South America. In 1989, he screened for and passed the arduous 6-month training cycle at SEAL Team SIX. Upon the decommissioning of the SEAL Team SIX, he transferred to the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) NAS Oceana in Virginia Beach, Virginia where he rose to the rank of Master Chief serving as one of the Research and Development Team Master Chiefs. Master Chief Matulewicz served as the Ninth Command Master Chief of SEAL Team TWO in Afghanistan and Iraq. His service decorations include: Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal (3 awards), Joint Commendation Medal (2 awards), Navy Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal (2 awards), Navy Achievement Medal (3 awards), Combat Action Ribbon (3 awards) and many other personal and unit awards. Mato holds a BS in Sociology and Education from Excelsior College in Albany, New York and graduated with honors from the Senior Enlisted Academy and Command Master Chief courses in Newport, Rhode Island. 

Aaron Williamson

Aaron Williamson

Director of Operations

Aaron is a decorated combat veteran with over thirteen years in the 75th Ranger Regiment and US Army Special Forces.  Aaron has spent the past fifteen years directing and managing large operations internationally in Switzerland, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis and a MBA in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.

Jennifer Tuttle

Director, Marketing and Sales

Jennifer comes to the SIG SAUER Academy with over 20 years of marketing, brand and management experience. Her background is primarily in BtoB marketing but counts some of the world’s largest consumer brands as her former clients. With brand management as her passion, she has been brought on board to grow the Academy’s awareness, strengthen its brand and increase business. Jennifer manages all marketing operations for the Academy and Pro Shop sales. 

Scott Reidy

Scott Reidy

Director of Training

Scott has over 29 years of law enforcement experience, including 17 years as a member of SWAT, and served in the United States Marine Corps as an intelligence analyst. Scott has taught internationally for elite military Units and Domestically for Federal, State and Local Agencies. He was the lead instructor for the New Hampshire Tactical Officers SWAT School and is a certified instructor for law enforcement, firearms, and tactical training at the SIG SAUER Academy in Epping, New Hampshire.  He is an active member of several professional organizations dedicated to ensuring professional firearms training including the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), and the National Rifle Association (NRA). Scott is a founding member of Firearm Trainers Association.
